[ The brief ]

Euforyc Studios is our own women-only Pilates studio in north-west London. It needed more people trying a first class, and more of them staying on.

[ The challenge ]

People now find a studio through search, ads and AI assistants. The old site was hard for search engines and assistants to read, and the ads couldn't show which clicks became bookings. And when an intro offer ran out, nothing followed up, so first visits slipped away.

[ What we built ]

A redesigned site with the timetable, classes, reviews and prices on the page itself, so search engines and AI assistants can read the studio and recommend it.

An intro offer with a page of its own, clear on the first screen of a phone, and a straight path from the first class to a membership.

Meta campaigns for the intro offer and the memberships, tracked all the way to the booking, with email campaigns behind them.

Two AI agents: one follows up personally when a client's intro offer ends and recommends the membership that suits her; the other answers clients' questions around the clock.

[ The outcome ]

One system from the first search to the membership: the studio is easy to find, easy to try, and every new client is followed up at the moment she decides whether to stay.
