What does Identeti do?
Identeti is a London studio that builds brands, websites and AI automation, then runs the ads, search and content that make them work. The work falls into seven areas: brand and identity, web design and development, paid advertising, search and AI visibility, content and creative, retention and lifecycle, and AI and automation.
How do you work?
Every project starts with the brief at /start: a few questions about what you need, your timeline and your budget band, then a call booked straight from the calendar at the end. From there we build, and when the brand or the site is live we can keep running the ads, search, content and email behind it: every service, one monthly partnership, your entire growth engine under a single roof.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo and brand files, access to your website, domain and any ad or social accounts, and a short kickoff call. We send you a simple checklist. Before that comes the brief at /start: a few questions about the business, the goal and the budget, answered online in a few minutes. The call that follows is where we plan what to build first and why.
Can you work with my existing website or brand?
Yes. We can improve what you have or rebuild it, and we'll recommend which after seeing it on the call. Some businesses come to us before they have a name; others have a site that needs to start earning. We can take one piece, or all of it.
How do we communicate during a project?
WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer, with an update every week and a preview link at each stage. It starts with a call, then a plan of what to build first and why. While we build, you approve the design first, then see every stage as it comes together.
Do you only work with businesses in London?
We're based in London and work with businesses across the UK and abroad. The first conversation is a call booked online, so where you are doesn't change how we start.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We're happy to sign your NDA before you share anything confidential.
How do I start?

How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need. Every project gets a fixed quote after the call, and partnerships are a fixed monthly fee. The brief asks for your budget band, so we can say on the call what's possible within it.
How long does a project take?
Days to weeks, not months. Larger platforms take longer; the brief asks for your timeline so we can say on the call.
Do you work by project or on a monthly partnership?
Both. Some businesses come to us for one piece of work, such as a brand or a website. Others keep us on a monthly partnership, with every service under one roof, including a website run as a service. Projects are a fixed quote after the call. Partnerships are a fixed monthly fee, scoped on the call, with a 3-month minimum and a month's notice after that.
What if I only need one service?
That's fine. Any single service can be a one-off project or a monthly service. A project is one piece of work with a clear finish, such as a brand, a website, a campaign or a system, with a fixed quote after the call. We can take one piece, or all of it.
How do payments work?
Projects are a fixed quote after the call, paid 50% to start and 50% at launch. Monthly partnerships are a fixed monthly fee, invoiced monthly in advance, with a 3-month minimum and a month's notice after that.

Who owns the work?
Your content is always yours: your words, photos, logo and brand files. We build, host and look after your website for you, and if you ever decide to move on, we'll hand over the code so you can take it with you, once everything's paid.
What happens after launch?
30 days of fixes are included after launch. After that, ongoing care is available monthly. The site goes live measured from the first visit, and from there we can keep it working month by month with ads, search, content and email, as a monthly partnership; on a website-as-a-service plan we host it and keep it current.

How do you use AI?
In two ways. We build it for clients: workflow automation, customer support agents, and AI receptionists and voice agents. And we use it in the work itself: AI content, cinematography and image generation, and search work that makes a business readable by answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI results, as well as by search engines.
Can you build an AI agent for my business?
Yes: AI agents and automations that answer, follow up and book, around the clock, from workflow automation to customer support agents, AI receptionists and voice agents. Euforyc Studios, our own Pilates studio, runs two: one follows up personally when a client's intro offer ends, the other answers clients' questions around the clock.
Will AI assistants recommend my business?
No one can honestly guarantee it, but we make your business easy for AI assistants to find, understand and recommend. That is what our search and AI visibility work is for: being found on Google and Maps, and recommended by the AI assistants people now ask. It makes a business readable by answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI results, as well as by search engines.
