[ The brief ]
Notion Homes is a UK company with an office in Egypt. It sells and rents apartments and holiday homes in Hurghada and Cairo to clients in the UK, and manages them once they're bought.
[ The challenge ]
A buyer in the UK can't visit a dozen apartments in Hurghada. They decide from the listing, so the listing has to carry everything: the price in pounds, the size, the features and what's nearby. And the team needed to change listings without waiting for a developer.
[ What we built ]
Listings for sale and rent with prices in pounds and Egyptian pounds, full galleries, features and what's nearby.
A simple editor, so the team adds and updates listings themselves and they go live at once.
Three ways in: a general enquiry, an enquiry on any property, and a form for owners to list their own home.
Every form protected against spam and abuse from the first day.
[ The outcome ]
A shop window that sells from a distance: clients compare homes in their own currency and enquire in a click, and the team keeps it current on its own.
