[ The brief ]
Euforyc Social is our women's social club: membership, events and small-group retreats abroad. Membership is by application, so it needed far more than an enquiry form.
[ The challenge ]
Handled by hand, every applicant is an inbox thread, a payment link and a row in a spreadsheet. The club needed to let the right people in quickly, without losing control of who joins.
[ What we built ]
Membership by application: apply, get accepted, pay and join, with every step confirmed automatically.
A members area with password-free sign-in, and one desk for the team to run applications, members, events, retreats and the mailing list.
A retreat application with a call-first review and a private status page for every applicant.
[ The outcome ]
A club that runs itself day to day: the right people get in quickly, payments and confirmations happen on their own, and the team decides who joins.
