[ The brief ]

Sign Group makes signs in London, for corporate estates and for local shops. Its old site already ranked well in search, and the Sign Show at the NEC was days away.

[ The challenge ]

Two very different buyers arrive at the same site: a facilities manager planning a rollout, and a shop owner who needs one sign. Each needs a different route. And the rebuild couldn't put the rankings the business depends on at risk.

[ What we built ]

Two paths, one for corporate clients and one for local businesses, each with its own call to action, and a services hub where every service ends in an enquiry.

An online shop with card checkout and stock management, replacing the old one.

Every old address kept or redirected in a single step, so the rankings had nothing to lose.

A show page to capture leads at the stand, and a researched, scored list of prospects to fill the sales pipeline.

[ The outcome ]

Every kind of buyer now has a clear route to an enquiry, smaller jobs can be bought online, and the move was built to keep the site's search rankings safe.
